Summer Internship Program 2025 Announcement - The Center for Computer Networks and Cyber Security (CCNCS) is excited to announce its Summer Internship Program for 2025! This 8-week program will take place from June to July 2025. Students who are passionate about Cybersecurity, Blockchain, AI/ML for security, Network analysis, Digital Forensics, or Secure systems are encouraged to apply. Updated Fee Structure for Admissions 2025-26 - The detailed fee structure for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the academic year 2025-26 is now available. Candidates are encouraged to review the fee policies carefully. For instance, the JEE Main Quota Fee for BTech programs ranges from INR 4,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per annum, while the MBA program has a fee of INR 7,50,000 per annum. Additionally, a one-time non-refundable administrative charge of INR 10,000 applies to all programs. Scholarship Opportunities Available at PES University - PES University is offering several scholarship opportunities for eligible candidates. The scholarships include the Prof. MRD Scholarships, which provide a 50% tuition fee refund for the top 5% of students based on their CGPA, and the Prof. CNR Rao Scholarships, offering a 40% tuition fee refund for the next 20% based on their SGPA. Additionally, Distinction Awards are available for students securing a 7.75+ SGPA. Note that these scholarships are subject to qualifying CGPA/SGPA and other conditions set by the Scholarship Committee each year. B.Tech Admissions Registration Open for 2025 - Candidates are required to register for B.Tech admissions for the academic year 2025 at PES University. The registration can be completed through the official website: https://admissions.pes.edu/. Admissions will be based on JEE Main and KCET scores, and candidates will be considered through the counseling process at the University. The registration fee is Rs. 1200. Communication regarding the admissions process will be sent in a timely manner. Please note that PESSAT (PES Scholastic Aptitude Test) will no longer be held for B.Tech admissions starting from 2025.

PES University Courses and Admission 2025
PES University courses are offered in various streams such as commerce, science, pharmacy, design, management and so on. Innovation and technology-related courses are one of the most sought-after courses in the university. PESU admissions are offered through CMAT/CAT, GATE, KCET/JEE MAIN for MBA, MTech and BTech respectively. Apart from these exams the university also conducts PESSAT for PSE University admissions. Candidates applying for the PhD courses need to go through the PESSAT research selection process, and candidates are shortlisted for the interview rounds based on the results of PESSAT.
The university offers 27 courses at the UG, PG and PhD levels. PES University courses include 3 B.Des degrees and 10 B.Tech specialisations at UG level. Students at the postgraduate level have access to a vast array of specialisations, with 20 available for M.Tech and 2 specialistaions in MBA programme. PES University Admission Process 2025
- All eligible candidates must submit the PESU application form 2025.
- Candidates must apply, undertake, and obtain valid scores in any of the following exams: PESSAT, PGCET, LSAT, CLAT, CMAT, MAT, CAT, GMAT, or GRE applicable to the course opted for.

PES University Scholarships
In order to provide financial aid to its students, the university provides scholarship to the students meeting the requisite eligibility criteria. The scholarships available are merit or need-based. It also provides stipend to meritorious students who help the faculty in the teaching-learning process. Students can go through multiple scholarships below.
- MRD Scholarship - Under this scholarship, students get a 50% waiver on their tuition fees. This scholarship is awarded to students in the top 5% of their class. Aside from this, students should also maintain a consistent CGPA in the academic year.
- Distinction Scholarship - Those students who maintain a SGPA of 7.5 or above in a given academic year will receive a cash prize as a distinction award.
- Corporate Scholarship - Final-year students having good academic records receive Corporate Scholarships. Corporate firms, along with the placement cell of the university, work closely together to recognize the students who have good scores as well as merit.
- Teaching Assistantships -As per the PSEU scholarship policy, students who have teaching acumen can help their professors in teaching. In return, students are compensated with monetary returns from the university.
- Rural Scholarship - Every year PESU Bangalore sponsors students from rural areas to earn an engineering degree. Students are selected based on their family background as well as their meritocracy.
- Research Assistantship - Students interested in research and want to work as research scholars under their professors at the university receive this scholarship. In addition, students receive monetary compensation for their research work.

The PESSAT (People & Education Society Scholastic Admission Test) exam has been discontinued from the academic year 2025, for admission. If you want to take admission to B.Tech Lateral Entry in Electronics and Communication, you will have to qualify the Karnataka DCET entrance exam with at least 60% marks, and participate in the counselling process, as per the information given on the institute website. To register for B.Tech (Diploma Lateral Entry) at PES University, you must apply at https://admissions.pes.edu/. Please note that both Karnataka and non-Karnataka diploma students can apply for PESU Merit quota admission here.
